Business Specialist at Parisima Talent | Specialized in Technical Recruitment & Talent Acquisition | Headhunter We are hiring an experienced Construction Manager to lead large-scale Fulfillment Center and Warehouse construction projects across the AMET region for a leading global e-commerce company.

Key Responsibilities :

Manage new construction, renovations, and capacity expansions of fulfillment centers across the region.

Oversee multiple projects simultaneously, from small renovations to $100M+ facilities.

Advise on schedule, cost, and permitting impacts, and prepare reports, specifications, and technical analyses.

Review and develop construction scope with internal teams and operational stakeholders.

Negotiate contracts and manage changes with developers, contractors, and regulatory authorities.

Ensure projects meet safety, quality, cost, schedule, and sustainability KPIs.

Provide overall site management, planning, and subcontractor coordination.

Conduct design reviews and identify value engineering and improvement opportunities.

Facilitate smooth transition and turnover of completed facilities.

Maintain clear and transparent communication across all teams and stakeholders.

Requirements :

Bachelor’s degree in engineering (Civil, Mechanical, or related field).

8+ years of experience

in construction or project management (preferably industrial / logistics facilities).

Proven ability to manage large, complex projects with multiple stakeholders.

Excellent communication and leadership skills.
