Premium Solutions Consultancy is looking for a skilled and proactive HSE Supervisor to join our client's team in KSA. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in ensuring the health, safety, and environmental standards are maintained at the worksite.
Key Responsibilities :
- Monitor site activities to ensure compliance with HSE policies and applicable legislation.
- Conduct daily safety inspections and audits, identifying potential hazards and recommending corrective actions.
- Implement safety training programs for staff and personnel, ensuring all site workers understand their roles in maintaining safety standards.
- Investigate accidents and incidents, compiling reports and maintaining records of HSE performance.
- Assist in developing and reviewing HSE plans, procedures, and protocols.
- Collaborate with management and other departments to promote a culture of safety and environmental awareness.
- Ensure that all safety equipment and PPE are available, properly maintained, and used correctly by all personnel.
- Prepare and present reports on site safety performance and recommendations for improvements.
Requirements
Minimum of 3 years of experience in HSE supervision within construction.Bachelor's degree in Occupational Health and Safety, Environmental Science, or a related field.In-depth knowledge of health and safety regulations, standards, and practices.Strong observational and analytical skills for identifying hazards and risks.Excellent communication skills for reporting findings and training personnel.Certifications such as NEBOSH General Certificate or equivalent are preferred.Ability to work effectively in a team and independently in a fast-paced environment.IOSH, NEBOSH IGC, OSHA ,OTHM Level 6, mini 5+ years experience in Supervisor field. Mandatory Nebosh IGC certificate")
