Description

We are seeking an experienced APTV Operator to join our team in India. The successful candidate will be responsible for the safe and efficient operation of automated passenger transport vehicles, ensuring a high level of service and safety for all passengers.

Responsibilities

Operate APTV (Automated Passenger Transport Vehicle) systems to ensure safe and efficient transportation of passengers.
Monitor and maintain APTV equipment to ensure compliance with safety standards and operational protocols.
Conduct regular inspections and troubleshooting of APTV systems to identify and resolve technical issues.
Collaborate with the maintenance team to schedule repairs and maintenance of APTV vehicles.
Provide excellent customer service to passengers during their transit and address any concerns or inquiries.
Maintain accurate records of APTV operations, including vehicle inspections and incidents.

Skills and Qualifications

5-10 years of experience in operating automated vehicles or similar transportation systems.

Strong understanding of vehicle operation and maintenance protocols.

Proficient in using diagnostic tools and software for troubleshooting APTV systems.

Knowledge of safety regulations and compliance standards in the transportation sector.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to interact with passengers and team members.

Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and respond quickly to operational challenges.
