Overview We are seeking a highly skilled

Structural BIM Modeler

to join our team. This is a key role responsible for developing, managing, and coordinating structural Building Information Models (BIM) to support design, engineering, and construction processes. The Structural BIM Modeler will play a critical part in ensuring accuracy, efficiency, and seamless integration between structural systems and other disciplines.

Responsibilities

Create, develop, and maintain accurate structural BIM models using Revit and other BIM tools.

Collaborate with architects, MEP teams, and project stakeholders to ensure clash-free and coordinated designs.

Produce high-quality construction drawings, plans, sections, and details extracted from the BIM models.

Support structural engineers by providing precise and updated model data throughout design and construction phases.

Implement and comply with company BIM standards, workflows, and project-specific requirements.

Conduct model audits, clash detection, and quality checks to maintain accuracy and reliability.

Generate structural schedules, quantities, and reports from the BIM models to support cost estimation, procurement, and project planning.

Contribute to the development and maintenance of a structural BIM library, including families, templates, and components.

Provide technical support, guidance, and solutions for modeling issues related to structural works.

Stay updated on the latest BIM technologies, software improvements, and best practices to enhance productivity and project delivery.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering or a related field.

Proven experience as a Structural BIM Modeler in engineering or construction projects.

Strong proficiency in Revit and other BIM-related tools.

Solid understanding of structural design principles and construction methods.

Experience in multidisciplinary coordination (Architectural, Structural, MEP).

Excellent problem-solving, communication, and teamwork skills.

Attention to detail and strong organizational abilities.
