Must-Have :

• 10+ years of experience in residential / commercial real estate projects.
• Strong leadership and team coordination skills.
• Experience I overseeing residential and commercial real estate projects to ensure on-time, high-quality delivery.
• Proficient in utilizing project management tools e.g. Primavera or MS Project.
