Project Sales Engineer (Government & Private Sectors / Tenders)

Job Description

Project Sales Engineer with a strong background in government and private sector tendering within Saudi Arabia. The ideal candidate must be fluent in Arabic and English, possess solid experience in project-based sales and have a deep understanding of the local business environment and procurement procedures. This role will focus on identifying, bidding, and securing large-scale projects, ensuring successful sales cycles from pre-qualification to final negotiation and award. Job Specification

Minimum 5+ years of experience in project sales and tendering in Saudi Arabia. Proven track record in handling government tenders (e.g., NEOM, Aramco, Regional Municipalities, Ministry of Mining etc..) and private sector bids. Must be fluent in Arabic and proficient in English (spoken and written). Strong understanding of Saudi Arabian procurement laws and tendering platforms (e.g., Etimad portal). Existing network of industry contacts within KSA is a strong advantage. Self-motivated, target-driven, and able to work under pressure. Saudi driving license and transferable IQAMA is preferred.
