Almaskan Alwafi is seeking to hire Senior Investment Specialist to build and manage key investor relationships, design high-impact investment offers, and present opportunities with confidence and clarity.
Key Responsibilities
Manage and expand relationships with local and international investors across all subsidiaries of the holding.
Prepare, design, and deliver professional investment offers and pitch presentations that clearly communicate project value, ROI, and long-term potential.
Present investment opportunities persuasively, highlighting strategic advantages and addressing investor concerns effectively.
Conduct detailed financial analysis and feasibility studies to support investment decisions.
Collaborate with project, finance, and legal teams to structure offers and ensure accuracy and compliance.
Build and maintain an investor database with ongoing communication, performance reports, and engagement tracking.
Negotiate terms and conditions with investors, ensuring alignment with company objectives.
Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and regulatory changes that affect investment strategies.
Represent the company in investor meetings, industry events, and conferences.
Handle investor inquiries with professionalism, transparency, and a strong focus on relationship-building.
Work closely with senior management to develop and execute investment roadmaps aligned with the group’s vision and growth strategy.
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Investment, Economics, or related field
Minimum 6 years of experience in investment management, investor relations, or financial advisory.
Strong understanding of financial modeling, valuation, ROI analysis, and capital structuring.
Excellent presentation and communication skills
Proven ability to build trust and persuade investors, backed by a confident and credible presence.
Deep understanding of investment sales techniques and ability to tailor communication to diverse investor profiles.
Holds relevant investment or financial certifications demonstrating professional competence and credibility in the field.
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (especially PowerPoint and Excel); experience with financial modeling tools is a plus.
Excellent negotiation, analytical, and problem-solving abilities, with a track record of successfully closing investment deals.
High level of professionalism, integrity, and strategic thinking, with the confidence to represent the company in high-stakes discussions and investor forums.
