Responsibilities

• Lead tendering processes for equipment and external consultants, excluding corporate / general services.
• Secure and maintain accurate budgetary pricing from vendors during early project phases.
• Coordinate with qualified vendors and ensure alignment with project specifications and commercial terms.
• Support procurement documentation, internal approvals, and record maintenance.
• Provide EPC Contractors with pricing for first-year spare parts packages.
• Assist with procurement interface between design and execution phases.
