SCAFFOLDING INSPECTOR
- Minimum 5 Years' Scaffolding experience, with at least 2 years as inspector in Oil & Gas Field
- First preference will be given if anyone is already carrying Aramco Scaffolder inspector card
- Recognized training Certificate for Scaffolding inspector from CITB, TUV OR Equivalent international Authority
- Knowledge of Aramco General instruction (GI 8.001& GI8.004)
- Ability to read and interpret Scaffolding drawings, load charts, and risk assessments
- Familiarity with different Scaffolding types : Tube & coupler, cup lock, ring lock, Frame Suspended, Mobile towers
- Knowledge of Safe working loads (SWL)and load distribution.
- Understanding of Engineering Standards (AES), Particularly AES 400 series(Scaffolding requirements)
- Ability to read and interpret scaffolding drawings, load charts and risk assessments
- Conducting daily / weekly / monthly scaffold inspections.
- Identifying scaffold tags (Green, yellow, red)
- Ensuring compliance with fall protection, access, toe boards, guardrails and bracings.
- Familiarity with Job Safety Analysis (JSA) for Scaffolding works
- Good English communication skills (written & verbal)
- Through Knowledge and information about scaffolding scope of work.
- Document to be maintained for Progress monitoring of scaffolding tagging.
- Sound Knowledge about Scaffolding type, scaffolding material and erection procedure for different elevation.
- The Scaffold inspector shall be responsible for scaffold inspection, maintenance and registration
- The Scaffold inspector shall inspect scaffolds before each work period or where a scaffold has been altered, adjusted or subjected to rain or heavy winds.
- The Scaffold inspector shall be responsible for the tagging system.
All candidates should have experience in ARAMCO Projects.
