Team Head Sales & Services - KSA

Job Responsibilities :

• Lead the sales team to achieve revenue targets across outsourcing, business development, facility / event management, executive search, and consulting.
• Prepare and manage annual / quarterly sales budgets and oversee daily lead management (Bitrix).
• Drive new client acquisition while ensuring 98% client retention through strong relationship management.
• Ensure compliance, accurate documentation, and timely project delivery.
