Program Liaison & Delivery Manager

for a

12 Month Fixed‑term contract

to oversee critical site construction and fit‑out activities for our workspace development project in Saudi Arabia. In this position, you will lead a high‑profile construction project while ensuring delivery excellence and stakeholder satisfaction. Project Management & Oversight

You will monitor and track all onsite construction activities, identifying and reporting quality, cost, or time‑related risks You will ensure site execution compliance with design specifications, quality standards, and Informa / Tahaluf guidelines You will coordinate with project management consultants, main contractors, designers, and internal teams to deliver stakeholder objectives Quality Assurance & Risk Management

You will conduct comprehensive quality inspections and identify site issues requiring attention You will elevate risks and challenges that may impact the master project program You will implement corrective actions to address quality concerns and maintain project standards Stakeholder Communication & Reporting

You will manage communication with Informa / Tahaluf senior stakeholders, providing regular project updates and comprehensive reports You will liaise with landlords and managing agents regarding site issues, technical requirements, and project progress You will prepare and deliver weekly progress reports highlighting achievements, risks, delays, and mitigation strategies You will develop and implement comprehensive communication plans for Tahaluf colleagues You will organise and manage change management workshops You will collaborate with Informa Change Management and Colleague Experience teams on strategic initiatives Qualifications

Your Professional Experience

You have proven experience in construction project management, preferably with large‑scale commercial or fit‑out projects in Saudi Arabia You possess strong technical knowledge of construction methods, quality standards, and industry best practices You are proficient in project management software and tools (MS Project, Primavera, or equivalent) Your Core Competencies

You have demonstrated ability to manage senior stakeholder expectations and build trusted professional relationships You possess excellent communication, leadership, and negotiation skills You have strong organisational and problem‑solving capabilities with exceptional attention to detail You have proven stakeholder management skills with experience operating in matrix environments Your Personal Attributes

You take a results‑driven approach with the ability to deliver under pressure You combine strategic thinking with hands‑on execution capability You maintain a customer service orientation with integrity, tact, and diplomacy You are proactive, flexible, and self‑motivated with strong teamwork abilities Additional Information
