These individuals help businesses navigate complex tax regulations and optimise their tax positions. Those in mergers and acquisition tax at PwC will focus on providing tax advice and guidance during mergers, acquisitions, and other business transactions. Your work will involve analysing the tax implications of such transactions, developing tax structures, and assisting clients in navigating complex tax regulations to optimise tax outcomes. Growing as a strategic advisor, you leverage your influence, expertise, and network to deliver quality results. You motivate and coach others, coming together to solve complex problems. As you increase in autonomy, you apply sound judgment, recognising when to take action and when to escalate. You are expected to solve through complexity, ask thoughtful questions, and clearly communicate how things fit together. Responsibilities

• Provide guidance to clients on tax planning, compliance, and strategy within International Tax Services.
• Analyse tax implications of mergers and acquisitions and other business transactions; develop tax structures to optimise outcomes.
• Navigate complex tax regulations, apply sound judgment, and escalate when appropriate.
• Develop and sustain high-performing, diverse, and inclusive teams; coach and mentor others.
• Communicate how Tax and Pillar Two concepts fit together to deliver client value.
