Support the overall, daily management of operational duties, deputizing for the Operations Manager when required. Prioritize and continually improve safety at the delivery station. Supervise logistics assistants, coordinators, and delivery associates to ensure shipment deliveries meet and exceed operational KPIs. Monitor and coach coordinator and associate performance, partnering with supporting departments to improve logistics processes and operations. Communicate with delivery service providers to set expectations and enhance the quality of their deliverables. Interview candidates for associate roles. Brief and monitor the workload of drivers and associates, ensuring administrative tasks are completed accurately. Measure, monitor, and report on site performance metrics regularly. Assist with training and mentoring new associates. Follow up on and resolve process-related issues as needed. Work flexibly in different shifts and do overtime when required. Resource your function by managing training needs, absences, performance, coaching, and monitoring productivity. Basic Qualifications :

Experience managing teams. Experience with planning, performance metrics, and process improvement. Preferred Qualifications :
