Job description

700Apps is seeking a dynamic Project Manager to lead our digital transformation initiatives. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in project management, particularly in technology-driven environments, and will be responsible for driving projects that enhance our digital capabilities.

Responsibilities

  • Lead Digital Transformation Projects :  Oversee the planning, execution, and delivery of digital transformation projects, ensuring alignment with business goals.
  • Stakeholder Engagement :  Collaborate with cross-functional teams and stakeholders to gather requirements and ensure project objectives are met.
  • Resource Management :  Allocate resources effectively and manage project timelines to ensure successful delivery.
  • Risk Management :  Identify potential risks and develop mitigation strategies to address them proactively.
  • Performance Monitoring :  Track project progress and performance metrics, providing regular updates to senior management.
  • Change Management :  Facilitate change management processes to ensure smooth transitions during project implementations.
  • Quality Assurance :  Ensure that all deliverables meet quality standards and align with organizational policies.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in project management, with a focus on digital transformation initiatives.
  • Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
  • Problem-Solving & Decision-Making :  Proven ability to analyze complex problems and develop effective solutions.
  • Project Management :  Demonstrated expertise in prioritizing and managing multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring timely delivery and adherence to quality standards.
  • Team Management :  Experience in leading and managing projects with distributed teams, fostering collaboration and communication across various locations.
  • Communication :  Exceptional verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to engage and influence stakeholders at all levels.
  • Interpersonal Skills :  Strong relationship-building capabilities, facilitating effective teamwork and collaboration.
  • Certifications :  Relevant certifications such as PMP or PRINCE2 are preferred.
  • Nationality :  Saudi National.
