The Strategy & Performance Office is at the heart of this mission. As the Head of Strategy & Performance , you will be the driver of alignment, ensuring that every initiative, every campaign, and every business unit contributes to SAN’s long-term goals.
Make an Impact
In this role, you will :
- Lead the Strategy & Performance Office , reporting directly to the CEO.
- Translate SAN’s strategic pillars into clear, measurable OKRs and monitor execution across all departments.
- Build and manage the company-wide performance management framework (OKRs, Balanced Scorecard, KPIs).
- Provide data-driven insights and quarterly reports to the CEO and Board to drive decision-making.
- Partner with department heads (Design, Supply Chain, Marketing, E-commerce, Retail, Finance, People & Culture) to ensure strategic alignment.
- Lead special strategic initiatives (e.g., digital transformation, market expansion, operational excellence projects).
- Be a culture carrier for high performance, agility, and accountability across SAN.
What You’ll Do
Establish and oversee SAN’s OKR cycle : design, implementation, tracking, and evaluation.Develop and maintain dashboards (Power BI, or similar) to track progress on strategic objectives.Facilitate monthly performance reviews with leadership teams and provide actionable recommendations.Ensure cross-functional alignment on key initiatives and resolve roadblocks.Lead annual strategic planning and support the CEO in setting priorities.Prepare and deliver executive-level presentations for internal and external stakeholders.What We’re Looking For
Proven experience (5–10 years) in strategy, performance management, consulting, or transformation — ideally in fashion, retail, or consumer goods .Strong expertise in OKRs, Balanced Scorecard, and KPI frameworks .Exceptional analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to turn data into insights.Excellent communication and influence skills; comfortable working with C-level executives.Hands-on, agile mindset — able to thrive in a fast-paced, growing multi-brand environment .Bilingual (Arabic & English) preferred.#J-18808-Ljbffr
