Senior Engineer – BTS (ICT & Security)

WSP in the Middle East are looking for a competent, passionate and driven Senior / Principal Engineer (ICT & Security) to step into the role of Acting BTS Lead on some of the region’s most high-profile projects.If you bring deep expertise in security & ICT systems, a strong technical foundation, and the leadership skills to guide manage multidisciplinary teams across mega-scale, complex programs, we want to hear from you.

Responsibilities

• Act as BTS Lead, overseeing end-to-end design, development, and implementation of ICT and security systems for mega-scale projects.
• Lead, guide and review technical design of ICT and security infrastructure, ensuring compliance with global and local standards (BICSI, TIA, MOI,..etc) and client requirements.
• Provide technical guidance, mentorship and design assurance for multidisciplinary teams.
• Manage the integration of ICT and security systems across complex project environments.
• Coordinate and manage multiple stakeholders, including clients, contractors, and internal teams, to ensure alignment and smooth project delivery.
• Ensure project delivery, technical compliance, and high-quality documentation.
