Responsibilities

Must be able to demonstrate expertise in single and multiphase pipelines hydraulic simulation. Extensive expertise in steady-state and transient hydraulic analyses using industry standard software like strong SPS, Olga, Pipesim, AFT Fathom, Pipenet. Must be an expert in performing surge analysis on liquid lines using simulation tools like SPS. Expertise in designing surge protection systems including safe fluid disposal. Experience of simulating gas networks. Knowledge of flow assurance issues like hydrates, wax, etc. Candidate can use other Process tools like HYSYS, PVTSIM, and Multi flash. Must be familiar with applicable regulations, codes and standards. Candidates must have relevant technical expertise to prepare design and operating philosophies. Pipeline and facilities commissioning experience will be an added advantage. GCC experience particularly Saudi Aramco experience will be preferred. Must be able to demonstrate excellent written and oral communication skills. Excellent interpersonal and presentation skills. Candidate can deliver in-house pipeline hydraulics training courses and can mentor juniors. Candidate can work independently and create a positive work environment.

Qualifications

Relevant experience in Flow assurance and SPS, Olga, Pipesim, AFT Fathom, Pipenet. Bachelor's degree in chemical engineering.
