Job Purpose The Area Sales Manager will oversee the sales team, focusing on driving revenue growth and ensuring client satisfaction. This role requires a strong understanding of Evostel’s technical offerings, such as electrical system installations, testing, and maintenance services, while managing and developing the team to meet organizational goals.

As a leader in the electrical, automation, and digital IoT products & solutions, is seeking a dynamic and
motivated Area Sales Manager to drive our growth in collaboration with International EPCs (Engineering,
Procurement, and Construction) companies across the KSA.
As part of our expanding team, you will be at the forefront of EVOSTEL’s innovation and market leadership,
delivering cutting-edge products that empower Saudi Arabian newly infrastructure development (commercial,
Oil & Gas, Industrial) under international EPCs. If you’re passionate about sales, building relationships, leading

Proactive in answering emails / telephone / acknowledge customers / teams calls.
Effectively prepare for meetings and / or presentations and provide relevant input
Ensure customers have been served on time.
Recommend improvements to departmental policy and support in the
implementation of procedures and controls.
Ensure proper implementation and control of group policies and procedures
Requirements
Develop and manage relationships with international EPCs to promote EVOSTEL’s product portfolio, focusing on electrical, automation, and IoT products & solutions.
Identify and capture new business opportunities with global EPC partners by understanding their project needs and offering tailored solutions.
Lead sales activities, from lead generation, quotation through to the closing of deals, ensuring strong contract management.
Collaborate with internal teams (sales support, technical, solution, and service) to ensure the successful delivery and implementation of solutions.
Prepare and present proposals, negotiate contracts, and manage the entire sales cycle for large EPC projects.
Achieve and exceed sales targets by expanding EVOSTEL’s presence in global markets.
Provide market intelligence and customer feedback to drive product innovation and business strategy.
