Support the smooth operation of the kitchen department, ensuring all aspects of the guest dining experience are delivered to the highest standards throughout the hotel. Work as part of a team to maximize guest satisfaction and comfort, providing positive and timely responses to inquiries and resolving problems. Take responsibility for assigned duties, ensuring tasks are completed professionally and promptly. Achieve departmental goals, hotel initiatives, and targets. Collaborate with your supervisor to control costs and inventory, and maintain productivity and performance levels. Build and maintain effective working relationships, promoting the company's culture and values. Ensure compliance with legislation, planning, delivering, and documenting due diligence activities for audits. Qualifications Proven experience as a Sous Chef or similar role. Excellent communication skills and ability to lead and collaborate effectively. Hands-on approach with a proactive work style. Passion for delivering exceptional guest service and hospitality. Creative problem-solving skills and ownership of responsibilities. Personal integrity and a commitment to excellence. Experience working with IT systems on various platforms.
