Job Summary : We are seeking a creative and detail-oriented

Content Writer

to produce engaging, audience-focused written material for social media videos, scripts, and other digital content. This role involves close collaboration with influencers, videographers, editors, and production teams to craft compelling narratives and SEO-optimized content that aligns with brand voice and strategic goals. Key Responsibilities : 1. Idea Generation & Scriptwriting Brainstorm creative concepts and video ideas tailored to resonate with target audiences. Write structured and detailed scripts including dialogue, scene descriptions, and calls to action in partnership with influencers. 2. SEO & Audience Analysis Conduct keyword and trend research for each video topic. Apply SEO best practices in titles, descriptions, and metadata to enhance visibility and reach. 3. Brand & Tone Consistency Ensure all written content adheres to brand voice, tone, and stylistic guidelines. Tailor writing to match the unique voice of different influencers or campaign goals. 4. Collaboration & Feedback Work with Production teams to align scripts with available props, sets, or locations. Collaborate with Videographers and Editors to ensure scripts are feasible for filming and editing. Incorporate influencer and team feedback, revising scripts as needed. 5. Research & Trend Monitoring Stay updated on current trends, pop culture, and audience interests to keep content timely and relevant. 6. Workflow & Deadlines Utilize the department’s content management system to track script progress and meet deadlines. Provide weekly progress reports to the Content Writers Manager, highlighting completed work, obstacles, and upcoming ideas. Qualifications : 1+ years of proven experience in content writing, script writing, or digital storytelling. Strong understanding of SEO, social media trends, and audience engagement. Excellent written communication, grammar, and storytelling skills. Ability to adapt tone and style for different platforms and personas. Experience collaborating in cross-functional creative teams. Strong organizational skills and ability to meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
