Overview

Position Title : Event / Production Project Manager

Location : Riyadh

Company : Makanat – Production & Event Location Agency

Makanat is seeking an experienced Event / Production Project Manager to oversee end-to-end management of our LPM projects. This role ensures smooth delivery, high client satisfaction, and operational efficiency. The role is intended to prepare the candidate for advancement into a Directive role as the company scales.

Responsibilities

Lead planning, execution, and closure of multiple LPM projects.
Develop and enforce SOPs and workflows to standardize project delivery.
Manage project budgets, schedules, and resources effectively.
Coordinate across clients, sales, Makanat location managers, and external vendors.
Anticipate and resolve operational challenges while ensuring compliance with safety and legal standards.

Must-have qualifications

Proven experience in event or production project management, ideally with multi-location projects.

Strong leadership, decision-making, and negotiation skills.

Proficiency in project management tools (Asana, Monday.com, or equivalent).

Bilingual (Arabic & English) with excellent communication skills.

Preferred qualifications

Background in creative industries (film, events, or media production).

Certification in project management (PMP, PRINCE2, or equivalent).

Experience managing cross-functional teams in a fast-paced environment.

Familiarity with legal and safety compliance frameworks in Saudi Arabia.
