As a Staff Nurse, you will be responsible for providing quality patient care. You will work closely with the medical team to assess, plan, and implement patient care plans, and collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure the best possible outcomes for our patients.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct patient assessments and develop individualized care plans
- Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by physicians
- Monitor and record patient vital signs and medical history
- Collaborate with the multidisciplinary team to provide comprehensive care
- Educate patients and their families about health conditions and treatment plans
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records
- Ensure compliance with all healthcare regulations and standards
- Participate in quality improvement initiatives and process improvements
- Provide emotional support and comfort to patients and their families
- Assist with medical procedures and surgeries as needed
- Keep up-to-date with medical advancements and best practices in nursing
Requirements
