Responsibilities
Support the delivery of day-to-day safety needs across operations and engineering activities.
Assist with hazard identification, risk assessment, and maintenance of safety logs / registers.
Support incident / occurrence reporting, data collection, trend analysis, and safety performance KPIs.
Prepare and maintain safety documentation (briefs, reports, meeting minutes, action trackers) in line with company.
Contribute to safety promotion (awareness materials, toolbox talks, campaigns).
Ensure compliance with applicable safety processes and governance, escalating issues as required.
Provide administrative and analytical support to the Director of Safety.
Qualifications (Required)
Bachelor’s degree in Engineering : Electrical, Mechanical, or Aerospace (or closely related discipline).
Strong written and verbal communication, with the ability to produce clear safety documents and presentations.
Solid analytical skills and proficiency with standard office tools (e.g., Excel / PowerPoint for tracking and reporting).
