Architectural Design Reviewer

Role Overview :

The Architectural Design Reviewer will assess architectural design submissions to ensure compliance with the approved Urban Identity Guidelines and local design codes. This role requires strong technical review skills, a deep understanding of identity-driven design, and the ability to provide clear, actionable feedback to stakeholders and design teams.

Key Responsibilities :

Review and evaluate architectural plans, elevations, and fa ade details for compliance with Urban Identity Guidelines.

Ensure all design documentation aligns with project codes and regional identity requirements.

Provide technical comments and recommendations to architects, developers, and contractors.

Support the issuance of compliance reports and certifications.

Participate in design workshops, stakeholder meetings, and knowledge transfer activities.

Contribute to continuous improvement of review procedures and checklists.

Requirements :

Bachelor s degree in Architecture.

Minimum of 12 years of practical experience in architectural design and code compliance.

Demonstrated experience with architectural guidelines, building codes, or urban identity regulations.

Ability to interpret and communicate complex technical requirements clearly.

Strong organizational and documentation skills.

Proficiency in relevant design and review software.

Fluency in English is required; Arabic is an advantage.
