Overview
Description : Perform technical analysis and studies related to Unconventional Resources completions and stimulation engineering assessments in KSA.
Responsibilities
- Work with multidisciplinary teams and Simulation Service Providers; analyze well conditions and provide advice on well completions regarding a stimulation design that optimizes production with consideration for both cost and risk.
- Review completion requests to ensure clear objectives are provided and that the planned stimulation is designed to meet these objectives.
- Perform field and real-time remote job supervision.
- Develop perforation, flow back, and stimulation best practices and standards in specific areas and formations.
- Conduct root cause analysis for all frac job failures.
- Prepare reports for stimulation operations conducted, including design and monitoring key performance indicators (KPIs) for stimulation and completions.
- Read and interpret open hole logs; integrate geomechanics and other data into the design and interpret well test data (asset).
