Job Description

The Architectural Engineering and Construction Management invites applications for faculty positions with ample quality teaching, excellent research record and, preferably, industrial experience in the following areas :

Areas of specialization

Building Information Modeling (BIM), Digital Twins, and 3D Scanning

Renewable and Low-Carbon Technologies for Buildings

Indoor Environmental Quality (IEQ) : Thermal, Air Quality, Lighting, and Acoustics

Infrastructure and Megaproject Delivery Systems

Facilities Operation, Maintenance, and Smart FM Systems

Job Responsibilities

Candidates will be expected to teach undergraduate and graduate courses, advise and mentor students, supervise MS and PhD theses / dissertations, and develop a funded research program appropriate to their field of specialization. The successful candidate should demonstrate a strong commitment to quality education and student interaction.

Qualifications

Applicants must have an earned Ph.D. from a reputable institution, a strong record of published research, experience in supervising graduate student research, relevant teaching experience at the university level, and teaching and / or industrial experience in the respective areas.
