Position : Human Resources Manager

We are seeking an experienced and driven HR Manager to lead and manage the company’s human resource functions. This role will ensure alignment between HR strategies and business objectives, while fostering a productive and compliant work environment.

Job Purpose

The HR Manager will oversee all HR practices including recruitment, employee relations, performance management, compensation and benefits, compliance with Saudi labor laws, and organizational development.

Strategic HR Management

  • Develop HR strategies aligned with company goals.
  • Lead workforce planning and organizational development.
  • Advise management on organizational design and engagement.

Talent Acquisition & Recruitment

  • Manage sourcing, interviewing, selection, and onboarding.
  • Develop recruitment strategies to attract top talent.
  • Ensure compliance with Saudization targets.
  • Employee Relations & Engagement

  • Build a positive working culture.
  • Manage grievances, conflict resolution, and disciplinary actions.
  • Develop and update HR policies as per Saudi labor law.
  • Ensure compliance with government regulations.
  • Manage GOSI, Mudad, Qiwa, and other HR platforms.
  • Performance Management & Training

  • Identify training needs and development plans.
  • Support leadership development and succession planning.
  • Develop competitive compensation structures.
  • Manage payroll with the Finance department.
  • Oversee reward and recognition programs.
  • HR Administration

  • Maintain HR records and personnel files.
  • Manage contracts, attendance, leave, and HR reports.
  • Handle HR audits and documentation.
  • Job Requirements

    Education

  • Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field.
  • HR Certifications (CIPD, SHRM, PHR) preferred.
  • Experience

  • 3–5 years in HR management roles (preferably in Saudi Arabia).
  • Extensive knowledge of Saudi Labor Law and HR practices.
  • Skills

  • Strong leadership and communication skills.
  • Data‑driven mindset with strong analytical skills.
  • Experience using HR systems (Odoo ERP preferred).
  • Strong organizational and problem‑solving abilities.
  • Fluent in Arabic & English (spoken & written).
  • Working Conditions

  • Proven experience leading HR teams.
  • Strong time‑management and conflict‑resolution skills.
