Business Development Consultant
role in Riyadh (full-time on-site).
Overview The
Business Development (Consulting)
role will be responsible for aggressively identifying new business opportunities, generating leads, and providing consultative solutions to key clients across the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia.
Responsibilities
Proactively initiating and opening high-level connections.
Developing strategic business plans for growth.
Conducting frequent in-person customer visits.
Creating strategies for channel expansion.
Effectively communicating with clients and internal team members.
Engaging with stakeholders to understand their needs and provide tailored, value-driven solutions that lead to closed deals.
Experience & Qualifications
Above 3 years of experience in Business Development and Lead Generation in the consulting industry
Strong ability to open new connections and secure high-level meetings with prospective clients.
Consulting and Strategic Business Planning skills tailored to the KSA market.
Excellent communication and presentation skills (Arabic and English proficiency is highly preferred).
Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities to design customized solutions.
Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented and fast-paced environment.
Proven track record of successful project management and deal closure.
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field preferred.
Local candidates are preferred.
