Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Courier based in Jeddah. The Courier will be responsible for timely and reliable package deliveries, ensuring all shipments arrive in perfect condition. Daily tasks include managing delivery schedules, handling packages with care, and using tracking technology for transparency. Couriers will also maintain communication with dispatch and customers, ensuring a high level of service and satisfaction.

Qualifications

• Experience in package handling, timely deliveries, and customer service
• Familiarity with using tracking technology and maintaining delivery schedules
• Excellent communication skills and ability to manage customer interactions professionally
• Ability to work independently and navigate Jeddah efficiently
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
• Valid driver’s license and clean driving record
• Experience in logistics or supply chain management
