CYBER STRATEGY (OT) - RIYADH

Our client is a global management consulting firm and leading advisor on business strategy.

We are looking for an

IT CYBER STRATEGY

professional who will collaborate with colleagues on national and international projects, independently structuring project modules and supporting younger project members.

Together with their clients, you will develop superior IT strategies, concepts, and solutions actively and on-site, applying sound technical know-how, understanding of business contexts and analytical / conceptual skills.

Expertise : we are looking for professionals with 2-5 years of experience ( L1-Consultant ).

You'll work on several projects closely with professional colleagues who are cross-functional on projects. The industries where you could work will be Oil & Gas, Energy, Public sector, Technology media e Telecommunications, Financial Institutions, Banking & Assurance, Private equity and many others.

Particularly, you will :

Shape the digital transformation of globally leading companies while balancing overarching technical solutions and individual client circumstances; Enable your clients to build effective cybersecurity programs in line with their organizational goals; Assess your clients’ cybersecurity posture and build mitigation strategies to close gaps; Define strategic cybersecurity ambitions and design technical and non-technical initiatives to deliver them; Develop innovative solutions and employ emerging technologies to combat diverse cybersecurity threats; Communicate complex security concepts to client stakeholders across all levels, and establish effective risk monitoring to prioritize mitigation efforts; Develop risk management frameworks and methodologies tailored to organizational needs, conduct risk assessments and build mitigation strategies in line with your client’s risk profile; Stay abreast of the latest cybersecurity trends, threats, and technologies to inform strategic initiatives; Develop and implement security measures tailored to operational technology (OT) environments; Conduct thorough security assessments of OT systems to identify vulnerabilities and risks; Conduct risk assessments and build mitigation strategies in line with their client’s risk profile; Establish effective risk monitoring to prioritize mitigation efforts; Develop integrated security strategies for converging IT and OT environments.

Requirements :

Degree in cybersecurity, computer science, (business) informatics, or a related discipline; Technical analysis and evaluation of IT architectures with strategic technology and management know-how; Digitization of business processes; Evaluation of technical solutions and their feasibility; Handling of organizational and procedural aspects of IT management; Proven track record of building cybersecurity programs for large and complex organizations; Expertise in cybersecurity best practices and standards; Complex digital challenges and are enthusiastic about developing and sharing solutions; Business-fluent written and spoken English language skills (C1 / C2), Arabic is a plus; Confident and convincing manner as a Consultant in front of the clients; Development of business cases.
