We have an urgent requirement for a Senior HR professional for our client based in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia.

We need an HR person who can manage 10,000+ employees.

Job Profile

• Designing compensation and benefits packages
• Developing new HR policies and updating existing ones
• Ensuring employees adhere to and comply with HR policies
• Executing employee annual review procedures
• Counseling employees as required
• Conducting exit interviews to understand the reasons for termination
• Organizing events and conferences for employees
• Overseeing the recruitment process
• Designing company policies
• Setting objectives for the HR team
• Helping shape the employer brand strategy
• Networking with external stakeholders, HR specialists, and colleagues
