Senior Talent Partner for Events, Luxury Events, IT & Administrative Roles | Business & Corporate Recruitment Expert
We are looking for a proactive Junior HR professional to support employee welfare and engagement initiatives. The role involves assisting with HR operations, maintaining employee records, and ensuring a positive and supportive work environment in compliance with Saudi labor regulations.
Key Responsibilities :
- Assist with employee welfare programs and initiatives, including health, well-being, and engagement activities.
- Support day-to-day HR operations, such as maintaining employee records, leave management, and onboarding / offboarding processes.
- Assist in addressing employee inquiries and concerns, escalating grievances to senior HR when necessary.
- Help organize team events, recognition programs, and employee engagement activities.
- Ensure compliance with Saudi Labor Law and company HR policies.
- Maintain confidentiality of employee information and HR documentation.
- Support HR reporting and administrative tasks as needed.
- Collaborate with HR team on projects related to employee satisfaction, welfare, and engagement.
Qualifications & Experience :
Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.0–2 years of experience in HR or employee relations (fresh graduates with internship experience are welcome).Basic knowledge of Saudi Labor Law and HR best practices.Strong communication and interpersonal skills.Organized, detail-oriented, and proactive.Ability to maintain confidentiality and professionalism at all times.Proficient in MS Office; HR systems knowledge is a plus.Seniority level : Associate
