Responsibilities

• Assess and structure credit proposals for private banking, high-net-worth (HNW), and corporate clients, ensuring alignment with the bank’s strategy, sector analysis, and risk appetite
• Approve or recommend credit facilities within delegated authority, including those secured by real estate or shares, and escalate larger exposures to higher management in line with policy and regulatory requirements
• Monitor and manage private banking and corporate credit portfolios, identify early warning signals, recommend downgrades or corrective actions, and address overdue or irregular accounts
• Engage with private banking and corporate clients through meetings and site visits, and coordinate with business managers, auditors, and regulators on credit-related matters
• Ensure compliance with internal credit policies, audit recommendations, and Central Bank regulations while supporting special projects and risk initiatives
