Type : Full-time or hybrid (commission-based with base retainer)
Purpose : To lead and grow Ultimate Peaks’ consulting and executive search operations, ensuring smooth project delivery, strong client relationships, and consistent revenue—while maintaining the firm’s brand standards and strategic direction.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage active projects end-to-end : from brief to delivery.
- Maintain relationships with existing clients and convert warm leads.
- Represent Ultimate Peaks professionally in meetings and proposals.
- Coordinate freelance consultants and recruiters per project.
- Oversee proposal preparation, contracts, and invoicing with admin support.
- Maintain project tracking on Zoho (or chosen CRM).
- Ensure reports, candidate summaries, and decks match the brand.
- Identify new business opportunities and partnerships.
- Support thought leadership or content that builds visibility.
- Report monthly on revenue, margins, and client satisfaction.
Compensation Structure
Includes a Base Salary (8k - / + SAR), Project Commission, Quarterly Bonuses, and Equity as On-Target Earnings (OTE).
Qualifications
8–15 years in executive search, HR consulting, or recruitment leadership.Proven experience managing consultants or teams.Fluent in English and Arabic.Strong client presence, commercial mindset, and ethical discretion.#J-18808-Ljbffr
