Job Description

We are looking for a highly motivated and experienced Sales Engineer to join our team in Saudi Arabia. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in Building Management Systems (BMS), SCADA, KNX, and PV Solar Systems, with a proven sales track record in the Saudi market.

The Sales Engineer will be responsible for business development, technical-commercial sales, customer relationship management, and project coordination with internal and external stakeholders.

Responsibilities

  • Identify and develop new business opportunities in the fields of BMS, SCADA, KNX, and PV Solar Systems.
  • Promote and sell company solutions to consultants, contractors, and end users.
  • Conduct site visits, technical presentations, and product demonstrations.
  • Work closely with the estimation, design, and project teams to prepare proposals, quotations, and submittals.
  • Follow up on quotations, negotiate contracts, and close deals to achieve sales targets.
  • Maintain strong relationships with key accounts and ensure high customer satisfaction.
  • Track and update sales opportunities in CRM, providing regular forecasts and reports.
  • Stay updated on market trends, competitors, and new technologies in the smart building and energy sectors.
  • Coordinate with suppliers / vendors for pricing, support, and approvals when needed.
  • Participate in marketing activities, exhibitions, and seminars to represent the company professionally.

Qualifications & Skills

  • Bachelor’s degree in Electrical or Electronics Engineering (mandatory).
  • Minimum 5 years of relevant sales experience in Saudi Arabia.
  • Strong knowledge of BMS / SCADA / KNX systems, preferably with Schneider, Siemens, Honeywell, or equivalent brands.
  • Knowledge of PV Solar systems and energy solutions is a plus.
  • Proven track record of achieving sales targets in technical solution selling.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Valid transferable Iqama (for non-Saudis).
  • Must hold a valid Saudi driving license.
  • Salary 8K - 12K Full Package.
