Director of Business Development

Construction and Trading Company is an ambitious and rapidly growing regional general contractor specializing in building construction, fit-out, and MEP works across the Kingdom. With a vision to be among the Top 10 prime contractors in Saudi Arabia , we are seeking a Business Development Director with deep relationships and proven success in winning projects with Public Investment Fund (PIF) . The Business Development Director will be responsible for driving growth, building strategic client relationships, and securing new projects with a particular focus on PIF subsidiaries active in giga-projects, urban development, cultural and hospitality assets, and other landmark building projects.

Responsibilities

• Manage strategy and operations for marketing and customer relations activities
• Manage sales functions of the business
• Provide feedback to company leadership on sales related topics
• Plan and coordinate the penetration of new markets
