Raya Group is looking for a talented and driven Sales Manager to join our growing team in Riyadh. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in sales and business development, excellent communication and leadership skills, and a passion for driving growth and building lasting client relationships.
As Sales Manager, you will play a key role in expanding Raya Group’s market presence, increasing revenue, and delivering exceptional value to our clients and partners.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve company targets and expand market share.
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities, partnerships, and key accounts.
- Build and maintain strong, long-term client relationships to ensure customer satisfaction and loyalty.
- Lead and support the sales team, setting clear goals and ensuring performance excellence.
- Collaborate closely with marketing and operations teams to align sales initiatives with brand objectives.
- Monitor market trends and competitor activity to identify opportunities for growth and innovation.
- Prepare and present regular sales reports, forecasts, and performance updates to senior management.
- Represent Raya Group in meetings, presentations, and industry events to promote our brand and services.
Requirements
Previous experience as a Sales Manager or in a senior sales role (preferably in F&B, hospitality, or FMCG).Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.Strong negotiation, presentation, and interpersonal skills.Strategic thinker with excellent business development and account management abilities.Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities.Flexibility to support events and activations outside regular working hours when needed.Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (preferred).Why Join Raya Group?
