Country Manager
to oversee their Saudi operation. Location :
Based in Saudi Arabia, reporting to the Dubai-based Managing Director, with overall responsibility for the growth and profitability of the Saudi operation. Key Responsibilities : Full Profit and Loss accountability Developing and implementing strategies to achieve financial objectives Maximizing business opportunities through market research and competitor analysis Creating and executing sales strategies Managing a team of approximately 30 staff Building and maintaining relationships with key customers Language Requirements : Arabic - Fluent / Excellent English - Fluent / Excellent Additional Requirements : Own a car Have a valid driving license Job Skills and Qualifications : Degree in Mechanical / Electrical Engineering Minimum 5 years of senior management experience Strong business acumen and management skills Solid understanding of financial reports (P&L, balance sheets, cash flow) Excellent communication and presentation skills in English and Arabic Experience in equipment rental within KSA is an advantage About the Company : Mackenzie Jones Middle East has extensive expertise in HR, Marketing, Finance & Accounting, Sales, Secretarial & Business Support, Management Consulting, and Engineering recruitment.
