Overview

We are looking for a Senior Territory Lead to support the growth of our Neurovascular division in the Eastern region of KSA. What you need

Knowledge : Can discuss current concepts and offer informed opinions on recent developments re products and procedures. Actively looks for clinical improvements. Thorough understanding of products and associated procedures. Can hold credible clinical conversations at all levels and positions products accordingly. True consultative approach, adding value and inspiring a sense of confidence in theatre. Acts as an advisor to clinical customers and is a true resource to the team. Customer Service : Acts with integrity and reactively delivers on commitments within the required timescales. Regularly exceeds customer expectations and proactively suggests improvements. Business Planning : Independently plans activity and can justify based on strong business reasons. Sales Skills : Uses consultative sales techniques to develop business. Can detail a number of options for customers to raise finance for purchases. Has a detailed understanding of the commercial workings of the government and private sector and uses this knowledge to leverage business opportunities for SYK. Shows evidence of ability to win market share from competitors. Always wins. Develops opportunity for cross franchise colleagues to win business. Shows ability to support more junior sales reps in their sales process. Has ability to support RSM with tendering proposals. Shows ability to develop Assoc Sales Rep & Sales Rep in their ability to sell to their customers. Developing Others : Undertakes mentoring projects independently, checking in with RSM as appropriate. Seeks to understand developmental needs of group and takes action to address. Discretion / Latitude / Impact : Works under limited supervision and instruction of more experienced staff. Takes on informal leadership role within projects of significance. Collaborates with CFT / SME in determining deliverables. Independently determines and develops approach to solutions. Demonstrates developing sales leadership skills inter- departmentally. Establishing and developing relationships : Establishing and developing relationships with current and potential customers in their area of responsibility and maintaining its continuity. Identifying contacts : Knows how to identify the right contacts and initiate connections. Market awareness : Tracking trends, competitors, developments in products and legal regulations in their area of responsibility and reporting to their manager. Customer visits : Planning, implementing and reporting customer / partner visits and demos in accordance with the business targets and customer demands. RFP handling : Evaluating the requests for proposals from the customer / partners in their area of responsibility and preparing a complete list of materials according to the customer needs. Delivery and training : Carrying out the delivery and installation of the materials, providing post-sales user training and attending the surgery cases. Required

Bachelor’s degree in business, medical or related

3-5 years of relevant experience in medical devices business

Proven performance 2-3 years

Experience in selling neurovascular products is essential

Familiar with CathLabs

Preferred

Is able to participate to tutoring missions under the coaching of the Regional Manager.

Can provide on the job training / support to new team members.

Influences others to work collaboratively to achieve business objectives

High performance standards and expectations.

Proficiency in English and Arabic
