SAP & IT Specialist Recruitment Manger @ NP Group Job Purpose :

The Senior SAP HCM / SuccessFactors Consultant will provide expert guidance and functional leadership across SAP HCM and SuccessFactors modules, focusing on Employee Central (EC), EC Payroll (ECP), and Talent Management modules (Performance & Goals, Recruiting, Learning). This role is critical for delivering HR transformation initiatives, including global and regional HR system rollouts, payroll localization for Saudi / GCC, and optimizing HR processes to align with business strategies. The consultant will act as a trusted advisor to HR leadership and ensure seamless integration of HCM solutions across on‑premise and cloud environments.

Key Responsibilities :

1. Solution Design and Implementation

Lead the design, configuration, and deployment of SAP HCM on‑premise and SuccessFactors cloud solutions, including Employee Central, EC Payroll, and Talent Management modules.

Conduct workshops and blueprinting sessions with HR and business stakeholders to gather requirements and map them to SAP HCM / SuccessFactors solutions.

Configure solutions to meet local payroll requirements in Saudi Arabia and other GCC countries, ensuring compliance with statutory regulations.

Design and implement performance management, goal setting, recruiting, onboarding, learning, and succession planning processes.

Ensure integration between SAP HCM, SuccessFactors, and other SAP modules (FI / CO, MM, SD) or third‑party HR applications.

2. Project Delivery and Management

Serve as a senior functional consultant on SAP HCM and SuccessFactors implementations, upgrades, and hybrid projects.

Develop functional specifications, configuration documentation, and technical requirement specifications for RICEFW objects (Reports, Interfaces, Conversions, Enhancements, Forms, Workflows).

Support system testing, integration testing, and user acceptance testing (UAT) to ensure successful delivery.

Provide post‑go‑live support, troubleshooting, and system optimization.

Mentor junior consultants and provide knowledge transfer to HR teams and key users.

3. HR Transformation and Process Optimization

Lead HR transformation initiatives, including process redesign, HR system consolidation, and cloud adoption.

Identify opportunities for automation, efficiency improvements, and best practice adoption across HR and payroll processes.

Ensure compliance with local labor laws, payroll regulations, and internal HR policies.

Support change management and employee adoption of new HR systems and processes.

4. Stakeholder Engagement

Act as a trusted advisor to HR leadership and business stakeholders, providing insights on HR processes and technology solutions.

Lead workshops and working sessions with HR, payroll, and business teams to align SAP solutions with organizational objectives.

Collaborate with global HR teams, external consultants, and vendors for successful multi‑country deployments and payroll localization.

Provide guidance on HR analytics, reporting, and workforce insights for strategic decision‑making.

Required Skills & Experience :

Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Information Technology, or a related field.

10+ years of hands‑on experience in SAP HCM and SuccessFactors.

Expertise in Employee Central (EC), EC Payroll (ECP), and Talent Modules (Performance & Goals, Recruiting, Learning).

Experience in hybrid SAP HCM / SuccessFactors implementations and local payroll configuration for Saudi / GCC countries.

Strong understanding of HR processes, payroll compliance, and talent management best practices.

Proven ability to lead workshops, design processes, and manage integration across SAP modules.

Excellent analytical, problem‑solving, and decision‑making skills.

Strong client‑facing, communication, and stakeholder management skills.

SAP Certification in HCM, SuccessFactors EC, or Payroll modules.

Experience with global SAP HCM / SuccessFactors rollouts or multi‑country payroll projects.

Knowledge of HR reporting tools, dashboards, and analytics.

Familiarity with cloud HR implementation methodologies and Agile delivery.

Experience mentoring junior consultants and HR teams.
