Responsibilities

• Overall delivery of the audit engagement that you lead.
• Develop connections and take ownership to deliver value for people and stakeholders.
• Manage client relations with senior management, including delivering presentations / pitches to boards of directors, audit committees, and prospective clients.
• Oversee engagement completion, provide support and training on technical issues / methodologies, budget adherence, and engagement deadlines.
• Identify market gaps and opportunities in Assurance; cross-sell other loss of service area opportunities to meet client needs.
• Ensure compliance with risk, quality, and independence matters.
• Arrange and sponsor assignments to help people realise potential and support long-term aspirations.
• Scale efficiencies and new ways of working across multiple projects.
• Assist partners in managing portfolio economics : monitor budget, follow up on billing, collections, and profitability.
• Participate in recruitment processes to interview and select suitable candidates per PwC standards.
• Support Middle East people initiatives and execute action plans from people feedback surveys.
• Foster an environment where people and technology thrive together.
• Contribute to people development by delivering training sessions per the L&D curriculum.
• Coach, mentor, and develop team members reporting to you.
• Promote and value diversity in teams.
