Bachelor's degree in architecture, engineering, or a related field Proven experience in design management, preferably in the construction industry Strong leadership and management skills Excellent technical knowledge of design principles and practices Proficiency in industry-standard design software and tools Ability to effectively communicate and collaborate with cross-functional teams Strong organizational and problem-solving skills Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines
