We are currently looking to hire a Sales Team Lead (Real Estate Industry) .

Qualifications

Must have experience either selling residential properties to end customer or selling financial plans such as property loans, credit cards etc in banking industry
5+ years experience

Key Responsibilities

Lead, mentor, and motivate a high-performing sales team to achieve and exceed sales targets.

Develop and execute strategic sales plans aligned with project goals and market conditions.

Oversee the full sales cycle—from lead generation and client engagement to closing deals.

Monitor team performance, provide coaching, and conduct regular performance reviews.

Collaborate with marketing and project teams to ensure cohesive messaging and effective campaigns.

Maintain in-depth knowledge of the project, market trends, and competitor activity.

Ensure exceptional customer service and client satisfaction throughout the buying journey.
