Role Overview

The Wealth Manager will generate revenue from investors in their home countries through sales of real estate in KSA, creating high net worth and institutional leads, and advising clients on investment and immigration processes.

Responsibilities

  • Coordinate with marketing to generate and qualify HNWI leads in the investors’ base countries, following lead management procedures and closing deals for KSA real estate assets.
  • Seek key partnerships with investment institutions, banks, agencies, and other lead sources to secure a steady stream of potential buyers.
  • Identify and attend events in investors’ home countries that attract those seeking investment opportunities; co‑organise roadshows, PR events, investment forums, and conferences with the KSA headquarters.
  • Act as an advisor for end‑to‑end real estate investment in KSA, managing the client experience and consulting on exit strategy when required.
  • Serve as the resident representative of Bayut, maintaining special projects assigned by senior leadership, including commercial, regulatory, and financial initiatives.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in business administration, marketing, communications, or a related field.
  • 5‑10 years of sales or partnership management experience.
  • Proven commercial sales executive performance, meeting or exceeding targets.
  • Track record of working with high net worth clients.
  • In‑depth knowledge of commercial avenues and real‑estate sales.
  • Strong analytical skills to assess data, trends, and problems.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Outstanding organizational and time‑management abilities.
  • Adaptability and high integrity.
  • Effective listening and speaking skills with clients, sales team members, and managers.
