We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Civil Inspector to join our team in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. As a Civil Inspector, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the quality and compliance of civil engineering projects throughout the region. Conduct thorough on-site inspections of civil engineering works, including infrastructure, buildings, and utilities, to ensure compliance with project specifications, local regulations, and industry standards. Review and interpret construction plans, blueprints, and technical specifications to verify that work is being executed according to design requirements. Perform detailed quality control checks on materials, workmanship, and construction methods throughout all project phases. Prepare comprehensive inspection reports, including photographic documentation and detailed observations of site conditions and construction progress. Collaborate with project managers, engineers, and contractors to address and resolve any non-conformities or quality issues identified during inspections. Monitor and enforce safety protocols on construction sites to maintain a safe working environment for all personnel. Participate in project meetings to provide updates on inspection findings and contribute to problem-solving discussions. Stay up-to-date with the latest industry standards, building codes, and inspection techniques to ensure best practices are consistently applied. Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or a related field from an accredited institution. Minimum of 7 years of experience in civil engineering, with a focus on infrastructure projects and quality control. Professional Engineer (PE) license or equivalent certification. Extensive knowledge of construction methods, materials, and quality control practices. Experience working in the GCC region, with familiarity of local building codes and regulations (preferred). Proficiency in AutoCAD and other relevant engineering software. Strong analytical skills with meticulous attention to detail. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively convey technical information to diverse audiences. Demonstrated ability to work collaboratively within multidisciplinary teams. Physical capability to perform site inspections in various weather conditions and terrains. Fluency in English; knowledge of Arabic is a plus. Seniorities
