Estimation Engineer

Saudi Binladin Group is seeking an experienced Estimation Engineer to join our team in Jeddah, Saudi Arabia. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing accurate and comprehensive cost estimates for civil and architectural projects.

Responsibilities :

• Prepare detailed cost estimates for tenders and project bids
• Analyze project specifications, drawings, and schedules to determine material and labour requirements
• Conduct market research to create data on material and labour costs
• Estimate unit rates including materials, equipment, labour, overheads, and profit margins
• Prepare cost breakdowns and summaries for clients and project managers
• Identify and manage project risks and contingencies
• Collaborate with project managers, engineers, and subcontractors to ensure accurate cost estimates
• Stay abreast of industry best practices and technological advancements in cost estimation
