Position Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Cyber Security Architect to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will possess approximately 4 years of experience in cyber security and hold relevant industry certifications. As a Cyber Security Architect, you will play a pivotal role in designing, implementing, and reviewing security architectures to protect critical assets and ensure regulatory compliance.

Key Responsibilities

Design, develop, and implement robust security architectures of complex digital environments for diversified clients across multiple sectors and industries.
Review and advise on security architectures for on premise as well as cloud based environments.
Conduct security assessments, threat profiling and design security reviews on existing and new systems.
Collaborate with IT and business teams to integrate security best practices into system designs and processes.
Develop and maintain secure design principles in line with industry best practices and regulatory requirements.
Review, evaluate and recommend security solutions, tools, and technologies to enhance the organization’s security posture.
Stay current with evolving cyber threats, new technologies, latest vulnerabilities, and mitigation strategies.

Required Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in computer science or computer engineering, Information Security, or a related field.

Approximately 4 years of professional experience in cyber security roles, with demonstrated expertise in security architecture.

Relevant industry certifications such as CISSP (Certified Information Systems Security Professional), Azure Solutions Architect Expert, and Google Professional Cloud Architect certification.

Strong understanding of enterprise architecture principles and frameworks such as TOGAF, SABSA, or equivalent.

Strong understanding of security technologies, protocols and cyber frameworks such as NIST.

Experience with cloud security, network security, and application security design and implementation.

Excellent analytical, problem solving and communication skills.

Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
