Role Overview :

This role oversees the strategic growth and performance of the bank’s cards portfolio, driving product improvements, pricing, and promotions. It leads a portfolio management team, analyzes market and customer trends, and collaborates with cross‑functional teams to enhance products and customer experience. The position ensures strong portfolio governance, regulatory compliance, and data‑driven decision‑making.

Responsibilities :

• Drive strategies to optimize cards portfolio performance across pricing, promotions, and product enhancements.
• Lead and mentor the cards portfolio team, promoting continuous improvement.
• Analyze market trends, customer insights, and competition to identify growth opportunities and risks.
• Work closely with marketing, IT, and customer service to improve products and customer experience.
• Track and report portfolio performance, providing strategic recommendations to leadership.
• Ensure full regulatory compliance and strong governance across all portfolio activities.
