Job descriptionBachelor’s in Safety Engineering, HSE, or related field. (5-10) years of experience in safety management. Knowledge of HSE regulations and safety standards. Strong communication and analytical skills. Communicate clearly in English (spoken / written). Certification in Safety practices (IOSH / OSHA and NEBOSH-mandatory). Must register with Saudi Council of Engineers (SCE). Experience with EPC or industrial projects.

Job Summary
Conduct HSE inductions and awareness sessions. Implement and monitor HSE and welfare plans. Ensures workplace safety, implements safety procedures, and monitors compliance with HSE standards.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement safety plans and procedures.
- Conduct risk assessments and safety audits.
- Investigate incidents and recommend corrective actions.
- Train personnel on safety procedures.
- Maintain HSE records and reports.
