JOB PURPOSE
We are seeking an experienced Senior Manager – IT Quality Assurance to lead the design, implementation, and continuous improvement of the IT Quality Management System (QMS). This role ensures IT services, solutions, and suppliers comply with internal policies, international standards, SLAs, and regulatory requirements.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop, implement, and maintain IT QMS aligned with COBIT, ITIL 4, ISO 20000 / 27001, and ISO 9001.
- Oversee process governance, audits, compliance, and continuous improvement initiatives.
- Define KPIs, CSFs, and SLAs for IT processes and monitor service quality performance.
- Drive Corrective and Preventive Actions (CAPA) to resolve audit findings and ensure closure within SLA.
- Coordinate internal / external audits (e.g., ISO 27001, IT governance frameworks).
- Lead service reviews, process optimization, and vendor compliance activities.
- Collaborate with senior stakeholders (CIO, CISO, PMO, Enterprise Architecture) to align IT governance goals.
- Promote a culture of continuous improvement and mentor quality champions across IT teams.
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or Engineering.Minimum 10+ years of experience in IT Governance, Quality, or Service Management, including leadership roles.Certifications : ITIL 4, COBIT 2019 (Design & Implementation), and PMP / PRINCE2 / Agile preferred.Proven record in QMS design, ITSM process governance, and audit management.Excellent communication, stakeholder engagement, and analytical skills.Seniority level
